Varsik Nerkaryan joined We Youth NGO of Lori Region in 2023 as a Programs Manager. She specializes in designing and managing youth empowerment, leadership, and community development programs. With over 12 years of experience in the field, her work promotes the values of volunteerism, leadership, democracy, and media literacy.
Before joining We Youth NGO, Varsik worked on various programs with several organizations, including Internews, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Eurasia Partnership Foundation, Scholae Mundi Armenia Charitable Foundation’s Dilijan Community Center, Initiatives for Development of Armenia (IDeA) Foundation, the European Youth Centre Budapest, and collaborated with OSCE/ODIHR, UNICEF, American Councils in Armenia, and a number of other international institutions.
Varsik has participated in numerous local, national, and international trainings and capacity-building programs in France, Hungary, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Turkey, Germany, Finland, Belgium, and Sweden.
She is also experienced in designing and delivering training courses, with over 10 years of facilitation experience and more than 50 trainings conducted.
