The vision of “We” Youth Non-governmental Organization (“We” NGO) is a cohesive, inclusive, and responsible society in which young people and women are the driving force of positive change.
The mission of “We” NGO is to contribute to the sustainable development of communities through the meaningful engagement of young people and women.
“We” Youth Non-governmental Organization (“We” NGO) of Lori Region is a youth-led civil society organization founded in 2016 by active young people from the Lori region of Armenia. Our work focuses on empowering young people and women to become active, responsible, and engaged members of their communities.
We design and implement educational and participatory programs that promote youth leadership, civic engagement, media literacy, local democracy, financial literacy, and community participation. Our activities take various forms, including workshops, camps, trainings, mentoring programs, and community initiatives, with a strong focus on rural and border communities that often have limited access to such opportunities.
At “We” NGO, we believe that sustainable community development is only possible when young people are meaningfully involved in decision-making processes at the local level. We create safe and inclusive spaces where young people can identify community challenges, develop solutions, and take action. Through collaboration with local authorities, civil society organizations, and international partners, we aim to strengthen local democracy, promote social responsibility, and support long-term positive change in Armenia’s regions.
