Brief info

Gayane Tunyan is one of the founding members of the “Menk” Youth NGO of Lori region and played an important role during the organization’s initial formation and conceptual development.

Gayane specializes in management, program design and implementation, as well as educational and public communication. With more than a decade of experience working with international and local organizations, she has developed strong expertise in coordination, team leadership, strategic planning, and managing complex, multi-layered processes, which she willingly shares with young people.

Her work has consistently focused on the effective implementation of educational programs, the creation of youth empowerment mechanisms, and the development of initiatives that generate long-term impact within communities.

Gayane firmly believes that change begins with each individual, while meaningful and lasting transformation is the result of long-term, strategic, and consistent efforts, grounded in accessible, competitive, and continuous education.
