In 2025, the initiative “Supporting Youth in Entering the Job Market” was successfully implemented at the Akhuryan Youth Hub. The project was a collaborative effort between the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region and SD Platform , supported by the Foundation Max van der Stoel – FMS .
The two-day interactive training involved 21 participants who gained insights into labor rights and workplace ethics. The sessions covered salary calculation principles and provided practical advice on crafting effective CVs and motivation letters, as well as preparation techniques for job interviews.
Through this initiative, the community’s youth acquired essential tools and knowledge to enter the labor market with confidence and professional readiness.
