Many believe that garlic can cure serious diseases, including cancer. Here is what is actually known about garlic:

What Science Says No reliable scientific study has proven that garlic can cure or eliminate cancer in humans. Some components have affected cancer cells only in laboratory settings or animal experiments, which is not considered evidence for the human body.

Why This Myth is Dangerous By believing this claim, people sometimes delay seeing a doctor or refuse proven medical treatments. This can lead to the disease progressing to more severe stages.

Conclusion Garlic is a healthy food, but it is not a cure for cancer. Effective cancer treatment is only possible through timely diagnosis and professional medical intervention.
