Madlen Minasyan

Madlen Minasyan joined the “WE” Lori Youth NGO as a program participant in 2020. After completing the program, she volunteered with the organization for several months and later became part of the staff as a Program Coordinator.

Over the years, Madlen has coordinated several key initiatives, including Local Democracy Camp, Together for Local Democracy, and the Financial Literacy School. She has also led the programs Youth for Media Literacy Promotion in Lori and Syunik, Connection with the Community: Empowerment of Displaced Persons and Local Self-Governance, Leading in the Community — a girls’ empowerment initiative in Lori and Tavush — and Breaking Stereotypes: Promoting Gender Equality in Vanadzor.

She is currently leading two major programs: “The ‘SHE’ in Civic” and “SD Platform Armenia.” Since May 2025, Madlen has been serving as the organization’s Operations Coordinator. Madlen was trained as a youth worker by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia in 2022. In 2023, she participated in a youth worker training program organized by the European Youth Foundation.She is an active member of the international youth networks EU4Youth and Young European Ambassadors.

Madlen has extensive experience in both local and international programs, having participated in exchange initiatives in Georgia, Ukraine, Spain, France, and Romania.
