“We” Youth NGO of Lori Region implemented the project “REGION: Reliable Elections Guidance & Information Outreach Nationwide.”
The project was carried out across all 10 regions of the Republic of Armenia and aimed to enhance citizens’ electoral awareness, strengthen resilience against disinformation, and promote responsible and conscious participation in electoral processes.
Key Project Results and Achievements:
- 806 Trained Participants: Conducted 31 one-day workshops in 30 communities across 10 regions of Armenia (with 74.8% female participation and 51.5% youth aged 18 – 24).
- Civic Digital Tool (Civic Tech): Developed and launched the @ArmVoterBot Telegram platform for real-time voter information and incident reporting.
- 750 Printed Guides: Published and distributed the informational handbook “Guide for the Informed Voter: Your Vote, Your Right.”
- 753,726 Views: Total reach of informational campaigns carried out across social media within the project framework.
The partnerships and experience developed within the project will continue to be leveraged in future initiatives aimed at advancing local democracy.
