The “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region, as part of its new development strategy, conducted a consultative meeting for its team focused on fundraising and grant proposal writing. During the session, the team had the opportunity to explore the comprehensive processes of designing, managing, and implementing international projects.
The primary goal of this consultative cycle is to strengthen the team’s internal capacities and support the successful implementation of international youth programs. Through practical discussions, team members refined their approaches, outlining new opportunities for growth in the international arena and identifying pathways for establishing new global partnerships.
