On May 17 and 18, 2025, within the framework of the project “Promoting Youth Participation in Lori: Increasing Civic Engagement at Local and Regional Levels,” a training on “Project Proposal Writing and Management” was held for the youth of Gyulagarak, Tashir, Pambak, and Tumanyan communities.
Under the guidance of trainers Davit Hakobyan and Vahe Khachikyan, participants explored the stages of project management, the nuances of developing a proposal package, and the key definitions of the “project” concept. During the practical session of the workshop, working groups developed concepts for community initiatives, applying the required formats and the newly acquired skills.
This event was implemented with the support of the “EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment” project, operating under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” program, co-funded by the German Government and the European Union.
