Community leadership remained a key focus within the agenda of the “STEREOTYPES:CUT” three-day workshop, organized as part of The “She” in Civic program. The workshop hosted trainer Avetik Khosteghyan, who shared insights on the essence of community leadership and the significance of planning and implementing community initiatives.
At the beginning of the session, participants defined the concept of leadership and described the essential qualities of a leader, gaining a broader understanding of community-based leadership. The meeting was held in an atmosphere of active discussion, allowing participants to re-evaluate their roles in community development processes and outline pathways for implementing their own initiatives.
