In 2025, the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region organized dialogue meetings within the framework of the “Sustainable Development Goals in Communities: Challenges and Solutions” project. The meetings brought together women and girls aged 15-40 from Stepanavan, Tashir, and Gyulagarak communities, as well as representatives of CSOs and local self-government bodies.
During the meetings, a summary report on community issues developed in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was presented. Participants discussed potential solutions and cooperation paths between young women, girls, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable local development.
These activities are implemented by the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region within the framework of the small grants component of the “CSOs4SLD2: CSOs for Sustainable Local Development (Grant Management)” project by the “NGO Center” CSD NGO, under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” program, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and funded by the German Government and the European Union (EU).
