On April 5, 2025, within the framework of the project “Promoting Youth Participation in Lori: Increasing Civic Engagement at Local and Regional Levels,” a training session was held in the Pambak community. Under the guidance of trainer Vahe Khachikyan, the youth explored the concept of leadership and the essential skills required for a leader.
During the meeting, participants conducted an in-depth study of the local self-government system’s structure and the importance of citizen involvement in community management processes. Through interactive group work, the participants examined the tools of the official community website and the opportunities it provides for voicing local issues and tracking their solutions.
This event is implemented with the support of the “EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment” project, operating under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” program, co-funded by the German Government and the European Union.
