During two dynamic days of the Soft Skills Educational Camp, participants joined trainer Avetik Khosteghyan to explore the importance of negotiations and strategic communication, as well as effective time, stress, and priority management.
Workshop Process & Practical Activities:
- Theory and Practical Application: Participants examined theoretical foundations and applied strategic communication techniques through group work and interactive exercises, engaging in negotiations to find solutions for diverse scenarios.
- Simulation Projects: The youth engaged in simulation exercises where they worked in teams to develop youth initiative concepts, formulating actionable goals and implementation steps.
The sessions provided a valuable platform for gaining new insights, building practical skills, exchanging experiences, and self-development—empowering participants to communicate with confidence, collaborate effectively, and take an active role in community life.
The project is implemented by “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region within the framework of the “SD Platform Armenia” project, funded by the Max van der Stoel Foundation (FMS) and carried out in cooperation with SD Platform Armenia.
