On the first day of the “STEREOTYPES:CUT” three-day workshop, held within the framework of The “She” in Civic program, participants hosted Anna Mkrtchyan, a gender issues expert and Project Manager at the “Women’s Agenda” NGO.

Anna presented key topics to the participants, including human rights with a focus on women’s rights, gender stereotypes, and effective mechanisms to combat them. The session was highly interactive, featuring discussions on specific cases and real-life examples. Based on these, participants engaged in group work and collaborative activities to address pre-assigned tasks and develop practical solutions.
