From February to September 2025, the project significantly strengthened youth participation and civic engagement across four consolidated communities in Lori region. A total of 102 young people (60% women; 14% from marginalized groups) took part in two-day Leadership and Civic Engagement Workshops, while 77 youth and 14 local government representatives engaged in structured policy dialogues that opened direct communication channels between young people and municipalities. The project also produced an evidence-based Policy Paper on Youth Sector Challenges in Lori, which was shared with local authorities and state institutions, contributing to more informed

Youth themselves became drivers of local change through four youth-led community initiatives, which collectively engaged 217 participants, 86% of whom were young women. These initiatives addressed issues ranging from civic participation and environmental protection to professional orientation and community awareness, creating new cooperation models between youth and their municipalities. The impact extended further during the Regional Youth Forum “Engaged Youth Empowered Community,” which brought together more than 80 representatives of youth groups, NGOs, and local self-government bodies. The Forum showcased successful youth actions, strengthened cross-sector collaboration, and increased visibility of youth-led solutions across the region.

A major sustainability achievement was the establishment of the Regional Youth Network of Lori, uniting 15 youth organizations, which has already held four joint meetings and launched two collaborative initiatives. Municipalities have expressed readiness to maintain cooperation with trained youth, and new youth structures such as the LORE group in Gyulagarak continue activities beyond the project period. In total, the project exceeded several of its targets, increased youth motivation for civic participation, and created lasting mechanisms for dialogue, leadership, and regional cooperation laying a strong foundation for ongoing youth engagement and community development in Lori.
