The “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region, in cooperation with the “Bright Impact” NGO, organized a workshop on “Leadership and Community Initiatives,” aimed at developing youth leadership capacities, fostering proactivity, and supporting active youth involvement in community life.
The session was led by trainer Aram Gevorgyan, who introduced participants to the core principles of leadership, the role and responsibilities of leaders in community development processes, as well as the key steps for designing and implementing effective community initiatives.
During the workshop, participants discussed ways to identify and address local challenges, engaged in group work, and presented their own ideas and planned initiatives to drive positive change in their communities.
The workshop was organized by “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region within the framework of the “SD Platform Armenia” project, funded by the Max van der Stoel Foundation (FMS) and implemented in cooperation with SD Platform Armenia.
