On March 23, 2025, a regular training session was held in the Tashir community within the framework of the project “Promoting Youth Participation in Lori: Increasing Civic Engagement at Local and Regional Levels.” At the office of the “Tashir Plus” LAG Territorial Development NGO, trainer Davit Hakobyan introduced participants to the key topics of communication, public speaking, and project management.
During the workshop, the young participants learned about the essence and core elements of communication, exploring fundamental tools and strategies for audience engagement. In the second half of the day, five working groups were formed to map and identify five primary issues affecting the lives of youth in the Tashir community.
This event is implemented with the support of the “EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment” project, operating under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” program, which is co-funded by the German Government and the European Union.
