In the spring of 2025, two-day youth workshops were held in the Tumanyan, Pambak, Gyulagarak, and Tashir communities of the Lori region, with around 100 participants. The project aimed to boost youth engagement in public life and strengthen their leadership and civic capacities.

Using the “Problem Tree” methodology, participants analyzed community priorities, identifying root causes and potential consequences. This was followed by targeted meetings with local authorities (LSGs), providing a platform for youth to present their policy recommendations and project ideas as equal partners in community development.
