In cooperation with the “We” Youth NGO of Lori region, SD Platform organized a training on “Job Interviews” for young people in Kapan. During the training, participants became familiar with the job interview process, understood the roles of the employer and the candidate during interviews, and learned about the importance of effective preparation and confident self-presentation for successful employment.
The training was organized by the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori region within the framework of the SD Platform Armenia program, funded by the Max van der Stoel Foundation and implemented in cooperation with SD Platform Armenia.
