Anahit Tsaturyan, a participant of the “STEREOTYPES:CUT” three-day workshop under the “The ‘SHE’ in Civic” project of the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region, organized the educational game “STEREOTYPES: OFF” in Vanadzor. The event was held for the members of the “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities” NGO.
At the beginning of the meeting, Anahit introduced the participants to fundamental concepts of human rights and gender stereotypes, followed by an explanation of the game rules and procedures. The interactive format of the game allowed participants not only to gain knowledge but also to challenge common stereotypes through active discussions.
Reflecting on the experience, Anahit Tsaturyan noted:
“The game was very informative. The participants answered the questions with great enthusiasm, which often sparked deep discussions. Conducting the game was a significant and interesting experience for me because I was not only moderating but also sharing and reinforcing my own knowledge.”
