In the Gyulagarak community of the Lori region, Rozita Khachatryan, Nane Gaginyan, and Nare Ohanyan, participants of the “SDGs in Communities: Issues and Solutions” project, implemented a community initiative dedicated to SDG 15 (Life on Land).
As part of the initiative, local youth played the “CLIMUS” educational game, developed by the “Yeghvard” Youth-Environmental NGO. The game aims to deepen participants’ knowledge of the consequences of climate change and possible mitigation strategies while promoting analytical thinking, cooperation, and responsible civic behavior.
This initiative is implemented by the “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region within the small grants component of the “CSOs4SLD2: CSOs for Sustainable Local Development” project by the “NGO Center” CSD NGO, under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” program. The program is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and funded by the German Government and the European Union (EU).
