The project aimed to strengthen the institutional capacity and long-term sustainability of “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region through strategic planning, fundraising, rebranding and a Training of Trainers.
The project was implemented in 2025–2026 in Lori region.
Key results
- the organisation’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan and 3 internal policies were developed;
- 3 grant applications were submitted (Erasmus+ KA152, KA153, EYF);
- a new brand and the weyouth.am website were created;
- 3 training modules were developed and a Training of Trainers (ToT) was held for 6 trainers.
The project was implemented by “We” Youth NGO of Lori Region with the financial support of the GMF Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation.
