In 2025, the SD Platform, in collaboration with the “WE” Youth NGO of Lori Region and the Lori Regional State College, organized a two-day training session on “Labor Law.”
The primary goal of the training was to raise awareness among young people regarding their labor rights, employer-employee relationships, and the essential structure of employment contracts.
On the first day, participants were introduced to the theoretical foundations of labor law, the structure of employment contracts, and various forms of labor rights violations. On the second day, the focus shifted to practical application. Through group activities, participants analyzed specific real-life scenarios (case studies) to identify which norms of the RA Labor Code had been violated in each situation.
This training is implemented by the “We” Youth NGO of Lori region within the framework of the “SD Platform Armenia” project, which is funded by the Max van der Stoel Foundation.
The program is implemented in cooperation with “SD Platform Armenia”.
